Once our clients have successfully moved to their new home, our telephone helpline is available to answer any questions and ease the process of settling-in.

What is Included?

• Emergency support (providing information, finding suppliers, service companies, etc)
• Forwarding of information in local language on behalf of the client
• Verbal translation of documents (correspondence from authorities)
• Supervision of timely deliveries and services
• Coordination of repairs and other works
• Handling of correspondence in emergency situations
