Once our clients have successfully moved to their new home, our telephone helpline is available to answer any questions and ease the process of settling-in.
- Emergency support (providing information, finding suppliers, service companies, etc)
- Forwarding of information in local language on behalf of the client
- Verbal translation of documents (correspondence from authorities)
- Supervision of timely deliveries and services
- Coordination of repairs and other works
- Handling of correspondence in emergency situations
